FAQ

A: Services start at $75 per hour.  Travel charges may apply.  Sliding scale fee offered to qualifying clients.  Currently we are offering a thirty minute consultation for $50.00 normally $200.

A: All children assigned to attend the visitation by the court order may attend

A: We cover the entire DFW area.  Special circumstances may apply.

A:The first contact is a short intake form followed by an email or call from A Child's Time staff during which we will discuss the court order, any restraining orders, whether the case carries any other appointments such as GAL as well as safety concerns, special requirements for the visit and any other pertinent information.  Copies of all Court Orders related to the Supervised Visitation will be exchanged and a contract will be signed if we determine that we can be of assistance in your case.

A:  If a restraining order is involved we must have copies of the restraining order so that all restrictions may be enforced and/or reported.

A: If a Guardian Ad Litem or other special counsel has been appointed to your case A Child's Time will work with them to provide the information necesssary to the Court.
